Harmony Grove

Harmony Grove is a small town in San Diego County that developer New Urban West wanted to turn into a unique housing community. First, area residents needed to be convinced to approve of the project.

Lizardi Communications created marketing materials, a web site, and a perfect-bound book that promoted the project, while at the same time conveying their story for not only creating a new neighborhood, but also being sensitive to the history of the land.

Using architectural renderings and photography that we shot of the area, we were able to making a compelling story for approving the project.

The project was approved and is currently in development.
